1. These rules and regulations
do not replace any restrictions placed on each individual gift certificates given by each
sponsor/donating vendor.
2. Either the Bride or the Groom must be present at the time of drawing to win the
prizes at
The Wedding
You Image Bridal Show.
3. Winning couples may receive gift certificates from each vendor describing prize, value and limitations.
4. Prizes can not be transferred or redeemed for cash.
5. All gifts and certificates are subject to availability, have no cash value, are a special offer, and can not be used in
conjunction with any other special offers or discounts.
6. All gifts and certificates can not be used for payment against any services purchased prior to
the date of the bridal show.
7. Winners are responsible for any non inclusive charges, delivery fees, tips or taxes.
8. Winners must inform each vendor of their intentions to use the prize within 30 days
after
The Wedding You Imagine
Bridal Show and must sign a contract with each prize vendor in order to protect their rights.
9. Winners may be allowed to upgrade and purchase additional services from each vendor, and must
negotiate said upgrades with each vendor.
10. Show management, it's producer or Media Sponsors are not responsible for any problems that may
arise with any giveaway, vendor or gift certificate.
11. Show management, producer, or Media Sponsors are not responsible for non-performance by any
vendor. In the event that any vendor does not perform for any reason, the Winner must take that up with the
individual vendor, and can not hold the Show Management, it's producer or other Sponsors responsible in any way.
As each individual gift certificate has no cash value, liability is limited.
12. Only one entry per bride. Multiple
entries may disqualify bride from prizes.
13. By acceptance of the prizes, winners agree to have their photograph, name, and statements used in promotion of
The Wedding
You Image Bridal Shows. Winners agree to co-operate with any promotion of TWYI Bridal Shows, or, in the event of any media exposure regarding their
wedding events, to promote TWYI bridal shows.
