if you are interested in participating in a The Wedding You Imagine
Bridal Show. Our shows are special. We advertise year round on the
show website and with publications such as the
Turley Publications Bridal Guide.
Our show attendance has grown
with each show. We give away many great prizes donated by our vendors,
amounting to over $6,000 in gifts each show! Our prize giveaway at the end of the show includes dinners,
appliances and great household items. We limit the number of any type of
vendor at each show and offer free parking, tables, tablecloths and
chairs.
Standard size booth for
Springfield area shows cost is
$425 (new price). Repeat vendors of The Wedding You Imagine Bridal
Shows qualify for discounted space at $395.
We present two shows each year,
fall and winter. When
you become a participating vendor at The Wedding You Imagine Bridal
Shows, you will never need to do another bridal show!
Exhibitor Solicitation Policy:
There is absolutely no solicitation allowed by outside vendors. We clearly
post this at each of our shows. Any vendor not buying booth space and
found to be passing out business cards or leaving information with other
exhibitors or attendees will be asked to leave and will be prosecuted. Please
note that all of our venues also have "no solicitation" and "no trespassing
from unauthorized persons" clearly posted.
